Hello, I’m Julie Wussler, and I’m honored to introduce myself as the CEO of TIES Communication. I’ve reflected on my journey to this role deeply, as it’s shaped not only by my professional life but also by my most important roles as a wife, mother, sister, daughter, and most recently, grandmother.
While TIES may have started as a name on a shelf, our commitment has always been to exceed client expectations. This dedication has helped us build a strong reputation in the industry, and as a woman-owned enterprise, we are now ready to expand our impact and reach new heights.
As a nurse by trade, my experience on the healthcare front lines has given me a unique perspective on communication and advocacy. The core values of patience, kindness, and accountability that define my nursing background are the same values I will bring to TIES. I aim to ensure that we continue to serve each client with the same level of individualized care and advocacy, just as I’ve always strived to do for every patient.

CTO of TIES Communications
As a co-founder and the Chief Technology Officer of TIES Communications, I bring over 40 years of robust expertise in network engineering to our company’s leadership. My career is marked by a deep technical knowledge of network design, security, and hands-on data center support, utilizing hardware from industry leaders such as Cisco, HPE, and Aruba.
I have provided turnkey communication solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, serving major clients such as Anheuser-Busch and the U.S. Army Reserve. I believe that continuing education is essential, a commitment I support with numerous certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CompTIA’s A+, Network+, and Security+.
My experience, which includes managing large-scale deployments as Corporate Network Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, gives me a unique perspective on both legacy systems and forward-thinking solutions. This allows me to deliver innovative, secure, and strategic network expertise to our customers. To complement my hands-on experience, I have recently earned an M.S. and a B.S. in Mathematics.
